Skate Part 1.
Today I headed down to Saskatoon’s Lions Skatepark to share photography tips and pointers with my friend who just got herself a new camera. With lots of motion and plenty of subjects to snap I couldn’t have had a better place to share a little knowledge. Due to the large number of photos I have this may be a multi-part post spread out over a few days.
To those who I handed my card out to at the skate park I am happy to send you a facebook friendly photo should you be interested in anything I happen to show over the next few posts. Just fire me an email to info@travisforsyth.com and I will try to get the right photo to the right person!
Might as well face it! I’m addicted to shallow DOF.
I know you guys tell me to try an aperture beyond 2.8 and I honestly try! I just can’t shake that feeling I get when I see the world beyond my subject become a smooth blur and I suddenly become weak at the knees and press the shutter button! I’ve got something coming up in the next few weeks that will feature more then 2 inches of focus! I promise!
